General conditions
Rates
The rates in Euro are meant per apartment, per day. They include taxes, VAT, heating, electricity, towels and linen. The minimum stay is of 3 nights. The reservation is definitive only after our confirmation. Reservations are considered binding and definitive upon receipt of a deposit.
We remind you that as from 01.01.2014 a 'temporary visitor' tax will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments.Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the apartments will be available around 3 p.m. Please notify us if you will arrive after 8 p.m. On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 09:30 a.m.. We will charge the entire reservation period for late arrivals or early departures.Pets
